- Follow back based on pre-determined criteria
- Up to 8 tweets per day (including, re-tweets & replies)
- Email or text notification of mentions or direct messages requiring your personal attention
- Additional services (extra tweets, re-tweets, replies, etc.) will be discussed as needed
Facebook Business Page
- 1-3 updates per day (Informational, relevant links, images, videos, etc.) that encourage user participation (More user interaction increases visibility of your page in users’ news feeds)
- Acknowledge comments on page as appropriate (“like” comment, respond with appropriate comment, etc. – no set limit on “liking” comments on your page, up to 5 comment replies per day)
- Comment on or “like” updates on other pages as appropriate (up to 5 comments/likes per day)
- Remove SPAM or other inappropriate content from page as necessary (Note: I will not remove a comment simply because it may be negative toward your product/service – this type of comment should be used as a customer service tool & handled accordingly.)
- Create up to 2 Events per month if needed
- Share Event on up to 10 relevant pages
- Monitor interactions on Event Wall
- Remove inappropriate comments/links
- Reply as necessary (up to 5 replies per day)
- Facebook Ad assistance (up to 2 per month)
- Consultation to determine goal, budget, target audience
- Create & implement ad
- Unlimited email support on how to use your Facebook Page
- Additional services (extra updates, events, comments, ads, etc.) will be discussed as needed
- Notification of group conversations you may be interested in
- Notification of connection requests
- Create up to 2 Events per month if needed
- Share your events in up to 10 relevant groups
- Invite up to 100 relevant connections
- LinkedIn Ad assistance (up to 2 per month)
